GENÇ MÜHENDİSLİK started its working life with a staff of 3 in Istanbul in 1996 and left behind "quarter of a century" with the great efforts and struggles of many employees as of 2022. It continues its work by incorporating 800 valuable veteran employees who have reached the age of "29" and still continuing to develop and learn.

In the Construction and Energy Sector, I used to dream that "someday we will take part in such projects" while working on giant projects, large Mechanical-Electricity installation contracting companies of the 2000s with their huge capital, past experience, and important business references. It wasn't easy, I knew it would take a lot of work…

"Business is like riding a bike, you need to move constantly to maintain your balance. Even if you are on the right road, if you are constantly sitting and waiting, they will crush you." We continue to run by constantly turning the pedals of the bicycle.

In the 2000s, we went up the stairs one by one and successfully delivered the projects we were responsible for. The years passed, and the projects we completed with every success brought us new projects. Each major project developed us and a major change started for GENÇ MÜHENDİSLİK. Together with all our employees and business partners, when we work shoulder to shoulder, we have proven hundreds of times that we will be successful when we do not leave the truth, and in the past 29 years, we have succeeded in putting GENÇ MÜHENDİSLİK among the companies that have been named successfully in the sector with the trust of our employers who have given us the chance.

In the development of our company, the growth and prosperity of our country has always been our priority. Our belief in the energy, power, fertility and future growth of our country gives us hope and motivates us with more.

Our company is in an important rising phase by increasing its potential with its visionary innovative and entrepreneurial spirit. We continue to work with team spirit as our main goal to add value to our customers and business partners, especially to our country, and to create a common sense and interest together.

The responsibilities of GENÇ MÜHENDİSLİK, which has left 29th year behind as of 2022, are much more than before. Now, we will continue our successful work abroad on behalf of our country with a great sense of responsibility. We will continue to run with our valuable thousands of employees in line with the goal of being among the "General Engineering Commitment" companies whose name comes to mind at the global level.

We will continue our work with today's technology without compromising honesty and competitiveness, and at the same time, we will continue to transfer our corporate memory to our talented young employees and bring successful individuals to the society as much as we can by giving opportunities to our experienced staff and new graduates. At the end of my words; I would like to express my gratitude for the support they have given to our employees, our precious elders, all our engineers and managers who share their experiences with us, our valuable employers, all our business partners, our industry engineers, and our friends who have always been with us, who have had the opportunity to work with us since the day our company was founded.
