New Fikirtepe Urban Transformation Project

The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, which has made it its mission to build sustainable environment, human and nature-oriented modern cities, aims to produce a total of 12,059 independent sections with the “New Fikirtepe” project. It will be built as housing and commercial units, with equipment areas that will accommodate all its needs within its body and will meet education, health, social and cultural functions. The approximately 1.6 km long Prestige Road to be created within the scope of the project was designed to bring minimum load to the existing circulation network with its intersection and traffic arrangements. Squares, water elements, market area, children's playgrounds, sports fields, scent and color gardens are also planned in the park area of ​​approximately 154,000 square meters, which was created for the inhabitants to be intertwined with nature.

All preparations are carried out meticulously in order for the "Fikirtepe Urban Transformation Project" to be an exemplary urbanism success. “New Fikirtepe” will be the new life center of Istanbul with its buildings to be constructed in accordance with the Earthquake Regulation, transportation facilities, and service areas that will meet the education, health, social and cultural needs of the residents.
